Maguire is a growing company whose mission is to offer high-end shoes and accessories at fair prices. We design and market our own products in-house from our headquarters in Montréal, with sales online and in four stores located in Montréal, Toronto, New York City, and Brooklyn.
We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will lead our paid media strategy and support broader acquisition initiatives, including affiliate marketing, email/SMS, and SEO, to ensure every campaign drives measurable growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about numbers, optimization, and results, always eager to test new trends, and who also has an eye for fashion.

Responsibilities
Paid Traffic Strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok & More)

Plan and execute acquisition and conversion campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok & TikTok Shop, and Google.

Work with creative and content teams to develop platform-specific assets

Monitor performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Build and manage campaign structures, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies.

Report on campaign performance and translate analytics into strategic recommendations.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Lead our organic acquisition strategy by optimizing SEO, identifying key search terms, tracking performance, and briefing the intern team to apply recommendations.
Email & SMS (Klaviyo)

Support the marketing team in building and optimizing automated flows that convert.

Grow our subscriber base while segmenting audiences to personalize content.
Affiliates

Support the PR team with the expansion and management of affiliate programs that drive qualified external traffic, while evaluating their performance.
Analytics and Trends

Use GA4 and other analytics tools to evaluate how traffic flows through the site.

Identify drop-off points, friction, and areas of opportunity in the acquisition journey.

Build dashboards and reports that help the creative team and management gain insights.

Stay ahead of platform changes, digital trends, and new advertising opportunities.
Requirements

At least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house).

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Knowledge of SEO, affiliate programs, and email/SMS marketing.

Passion for fashion is a big plus.
